Norwell Arts is an inclusive, parent-led nonprofit organization that supports the growth of art, theater, and music programs at Norwell Public Schools through education, dynamic fundraising, and community engagement.

Specifically, this year, we are focused on:

• Securing funds to support the growth of NHS art, theater, and music programs

• Building school and community support of NHS performances, exhibits, and events

• Providing college scholarships to three NHS graduates continuing in the arts

We in Norwell are very fortunate to have robust arts programming in our schools, as evidenced by the many talented students who have gone on to study the arts to much acclaim. We hope that by encouraging parents and community members to be more involved with the arts, we can offer our students even more opportunities.

The Norwell Public Schools offer an award-winning art curriculum and club offerings. Yet, the Arts, Music, and Theatre Departments depend on parents, local businesses, and friends of the arts to fund many needs beyond current budget levels. Parents created and lead Norwell Arts to help bridge the gap.

Through paid advertising, the PLAYBILL has become the primary fundraising activity to support the school’s arts programs.

The PLAYBILL is a dynamic collateral piece provided to all audiences and guests of art, music, and theater programs throughout the school year…approximately 30 events! The PLAYBILL contains photos, program descriptions and highlights, a calendar of arts events, and much more.

It is professionally designed and produced to publicize the amazing arts programs at Norwell Public School and showcase the generous donors through their purchased advertising.
